The IB CP/DP Coordinator provides instructional leadership and comprehensive programme management for both the International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (CP) and Diploma Programme (DP). This position ensures the effective implementation, development, and evaluation of both programmes; supports students and staff; and fosters collaborative practices and clear communication among all stakeholders. The Coordinator upholds IB standards and practices, promotes student achievement, and advances the mission of the IB within the school community. Note: The IB Coordinator position at Palmer High School is currently allotted 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent position) and approximately 90% of the work is devoted to programme coordination. The other 10% are other duties as assigned.
