Requirements

• Have five (5) years of excellent experience in teaching and working in K-8 schools.
• Have experience with leading professional development workshops and/or PLC's.
• Have experience with 3-D assessments.
• Have experience with using phenomena to engage students.
• Knowledgeable in STEM and STEAM
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a child's growth and development.
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications.
• Meet such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably holds a Master's Degree.
• Preferably holds a Middle School Science or K-12 Science Teaching Certificate.
• Preferably holds a New Jersey Supervisor Certificate.
