Requirements

• DESE: Chemistry 8-12 license Required
• Successful completion of Criminal Records Check (CORI), and fingerprints

Responsibilities

• Design and implement next-gen units that inspire students to create and innovate, take action and lead, and connect with their community.
• Assess student progress towards objectives to inform instruction and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Differentiate classroom work to address individual learning needs.
• Manage student behavior to provide a safe learning environment.
• Work with science team to align instructional strategies and practices.
• Work with Principal and staff to support the instructional goals of the school.
• Develop ongoing communication systems for parents, students, and the community.
• Build enthusiasm for science learning within the community and foster partnerships with community institutions.
