About The Position

The Teacher for Career & Technical Education (CTE) in Business Education is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program for middle school students. This role focuses on creating curriculum and lesson plans that adhere to safety and regulatory standards while providing students with essential business education skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program.
• Valid Florida Educator's Certificate in the field or District CTE Certification.
• Industry Certification/License when applicable.

• Experience in teaching Career & Technical Education subjects.
• Familiarity with business education curriculum standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a CTE instructional program for students.
