About The Position
At KinderCare Learning Companies, we offer a variety of early education and child care options for families. As a Teacher at Champions, you will support hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. You will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers, implement KinderCare's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn. You will also partner with parents and center staff to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
