About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary Tutor to support students in achieving academic success. The ideal candidate will provide individualized and small-group instruction in core subjects such as reading, writing, and math, reinforcing classroom learning and helping students meet grade-level standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group academic support to elementary students in reading, math, and other foundational subjects.
• Reinforce concepts and skills introduced by classroom teachers.
• Use provided curriculum materials and/or teacher-developed strategies to guide instruction.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and/or support staff.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual learning needs and styles.
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and support staff to align tutoring efforts with classroom goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all school or district policies and procedures.
