Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- Must be comfortable caring for children 6 weeks to 9 months old
- Must have prior experience caring for children
Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher in implementing daily activities with care and consistency
- Contribute as a valued member of the teaching team
- Help create a nurturing and engaging environment for children's development
- Promote positive learning experiences aligned with the program’s faith-based values
