About The Position

Cadence Academy Preschool of Wild Horse, part of the Cadence Education family, is currently seeking an Infant Teacher Assistant to bring your love of children and past experience in childcare, daycare or early childhood education to our team of kind, caring Teachers and staff. Requirements

• Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• Super flexible and ready to jump in during business hours.
• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a plus.
• A big heart for infants and a passion for their growth.

Responsibilities

• Align with Cadence Education's philosophy and team up to foster a positive, engaging learning space.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum.
• Tune into kids' interests and keep them safe while enhancing their play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
• Share ideas for a balanced daily schedule with a variety of activities.
