About The Position

As a Teacher Assistant at Apple Montessori Schools, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your passion for working with children into a meaningful career in Early Childhood Education. You will work closely with Lead Teachers to support children as they explore, grow, and build independence in a nurturing Montessori environment. Our Teacher Assistants provide warmth, encouragement, and guidance as children try new experiences, form friendships, and develop confidence and curiosity. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR / First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • A genuine love of children.
  • Physically able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull, and carry children
  • An understanding of health and safety guidelines.
  • Capacity to multi-task and function in an ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
