About The Position
This position will split time between our two buildings. Mornings will be at Blairwood Elementary and afternoons will be at the Jr./Sr. High School We are a 30 sq. mile urban/rural district in southwest Montgomery County with a great deal of very rich, fertile farmland. There are only two districts in Ohio smaller than Jefferson Township. We have a total enrollment of 290 students with 154 students at PreK-6th Blairwood Elementary. We have a new BOE (January 2024), Superintendent (April 2024), Strategic Plan, Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Brand (June, 2024). Our Brand - "Learning is our Product. It is also our Most Important Process!" We are a process driven, results-focused school district that continues to get a little bit better every day! State Report Card - District - 2 stars, Blairwood Elementary - 2.5 stars, Jr./Sr. High School - 3 stars.
