About The Position
Ascend's Little Miracle Program seeks a Part-Time (from 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM) Preschool Assistant to support our 'Little Miracles' Community Program in Antioch for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders. We seek a dedicated and passionate Teacher Aide/Support Staff member who can work as part of a team to help create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that support our children's development. Requirements
- 1-year minimum working with children aged 0-5 years old.
- CPR
- A minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units is preferred, but can also be enrolled in or after starting enrollment.
- Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff in cleaning up for the kiddos
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with special needs children
- Bilingual preferred (but not required)
