This role involves developing and implementing lesson plans for in-person learning, preparing lessons that accommodate individual student differences, and using appropriate instructional strategies, materials, and technology. The teacher will conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement, manage student behavior, and create a classroom environment conducive to learning. Additionally, the position requires establishing and maintaining professional relationships with parents, students, and colleagues, participating in staff development, and complying with all relevant regulations and policies.
