Teacher 1, 2, 3, 4 - Substitute (Hourly)
About The Position
In the absence of the permanent teacher, the substitute teacher will conduct a class session from a prepared lesson plan. Maintain a safe, healthy and therapeutic learning environment. Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview. Minimum Qualifications Requirements for Appointment at Each Level: For Teacher 1: Bachelor's Degree in any field. For Teacher 2: New York State provisional/initial/conditional initial certification in the appropriate specialty. For Teacher 3: New York State permanent/professional certification in the appropriate specialty. For Teacher 4: New York State permanent/professional certification in the appropriate specialty and two years of post-certification (provisional/initial/conditional initial or permanent/professional) teaching experience in the appropriate specialty.

Nice To Haves
- Preferred Certification: 7-12 grade level in Social Studies and other various specialties
- Certification may be at K-6 grade level
