About The Position
The TDR Team Lead (Desktop Support Lead) is responsible for coordinating and leading a team in the Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) phase of Epic implementations. This role involves testing and triaging break/fixes among various devices, ensuring that all EPIC capable devices are functional and ready for deployment. The lead will oversee a team of hardware technicians, participate in site visits, and provide hands-on support to ensure a successful go-live for Epic applications.
