Boulder Chamber Transportation Connections (BCTC) seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized, results-driven, and outgoing person to join our Transportation Demand Management (TDM) team. This TDM Program Coordinator will support the expansion of BCTC’s business EcoPass management to the City of Boulder’s Central Area General Improvement District (CAGID/Downtown) and University Hill General Improvement District (UHGID). City of Boulder parking revenue subsidizes RTD EcoPasses (transit passes) for everyone who works in these special districts. Our team already manages neighborhood and business EcoPass access and activation for the Boulder Junction Access District (BJAD) and the Twenty Ninth Street Mall. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy managing the databases associated with the two additional districts, communicating with district businesses and employees, and supporting marketing and outreach campaigns to drive increased EcoPass activation and use among district employees.
