About The Position

We are seeking a skilled TDM Architect with proven expertise in CA TDM to join our team in Tampa, FL. This position requires the candidate to be local to Tampa and willing to come onsite for identity verification before starting remote work. The role is expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance. The working hours are aligned with EST business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must participate with their cameras on during all meetings.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in CA TDM is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with custom TDM tool integrations and scripting.
• Strong background in Data Masking, Data Generation, and Data Mining.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins, unions, and CTEs.
• Infrastructure knowledge including servers, firewalls, and ports.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Delphix is preferred and considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead TDM solution design from ideation to deployment.
• Integrate custom TDM tools and scripting as needed.
• Manage data masking, data generation, and data mining processes.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
