About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in asset management or investment solutions.
  • Working towards or has CFA or CAIA designation.
  • Solid knowledge of the banking industry and product/customer markets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Skill in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of client servicing for assigned relationships.
  • Act as the primary back-up to a Relationship Manager on shared relationships.
  • Anticipate and address client portfolio needs in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
  • Participate in strategic projects to enhance client initiatives.
  • Prepare third-party correspondence including reports and audit responses.
  • Assist in preparing Relationship Managers for client meetings with relevant information and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Legal, and Operations to deliver quality service.
  • Contribute to business objectives by attracting and retaining customers.
  • Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements during account opening.
  • Provide a Best in Class client experience through effective execution of requests.
