About The Position

The Project Coordinator II, under general supervision, supervises, coordinates, and assists with the completion of projects. Develops and coordinates project plans through full implementation. Please note: This position is grant funded; future employment may be contingent upon future funding. Other Factors: This position is NOT eligible for Alternative Work Location benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
  • Four years of related experience in project coordination/administration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates incoming phone calls related to TCHATT program, triaging needs of patients, families, and service providers to ensure program staff can meet their needs.
  • Coordinates data flows between TCMHCC programs and other Psychiatry department clinics, facilitating patient care.
  • Coordinates the development, design, purchase, installation, and implementation of new services.
  • Maintains database integrity, security, and accuracy.
  • Coordinates multiple work streams to ensure cross-project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed.
  • Prepares forecasting and progress reporting against milestones, budgetary updates, and the change management process for review.
  • Develops and assesses projects.
  • Coordinates project activities including project initiation, value assessments, work plan development, estimating, and project controls.
  • Monitors and prepares reports on financial activity for assigned projects.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Interprets policies, rules, and regulations and ensures they are followed.
  • Coordinates with vendors and others in the delivery and support for systems and services.
  • May supervise staff and students.
  • Writes reports and other related materials.
  • Works to determine project needs.
