About The Position

The Twin Creeks Specialty Host will be responsible for assessing the dining room for table availability and maintaining overall table assignments, rotations, and guest flow in the dining room. Will work to coordinate flow of traffic and maintain wait times. Also responsible for assisting to prepare daily floor plan prior to opening, check condition of menus, maintain cleanliness, organize host podium, promote specials and other duties as assigned. A minimum of 6 months’ previous experience is preferred in a fine dining establishment.

• Southern Nevada Health District Health card

• Adheres to all appearance and uniform standards
• Maintains an open line of communication with Managers
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors
• The Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner
• Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job
• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job
• Other duties as assigned
