About The Position
The position involves coordinating the flow of food product, managing ticket times, and ensuring the presentation of all food items at the pick-up window. The role requires facilitating effective communication between the Cooks and the Front of the House team members. Additionally, the position includes assisting Servers with tableside service as needed and ensuring quality service to all guests. The candidate must possess expert knowledge in the Sequence of Service, menu items, preparation, and service.
