About The Position

Responsible for balancing, refilling, and troubleshooting jams and incomplete payments of Redemption Kiosks. Assists with repairing, maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting Redemption Kiosks and Currency Counters, Cage Department machinery, and related equipment. Assist in the physical moving of Redemption Kiosks and Currency Counters as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Excellent math skills (Test required).
• Minimum of six (6) months of cash handling experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year computer experience using Word and Excel programs.
• Ability to work/crawl in confined places.
• Completion of Title 31 Compliance training within 30 days from date of hire.
• Working knowledge of the Cage Department SOP's and TGO policies and procedures.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
