Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Services, Management Science, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, or Public Administration and five (5) years of demonstrated managerial experience in administration, fiscal/budgetary planning and monitoring, and management which provided a review of the work of subordinates in Job Corps, human services, or other employment and training program which services disadvantaged youths. Supervisory experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational skills Effective interpersonal skills Job Corps Operations Community resources Licenses or Certificates: A valid Regular Driver License is required.
