Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a tax compliance or tax technology environment, with a focus on process improvement or vendor system optimization
- Demonstrated experience managing or optimizing third-party tax applications (Wolters Kluwer and Thomson Reuters applications)
- Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions
- Strong project management skills, including meeting facilitation, prioritization, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage tax professionals, vendors, and leadership audiences
