About The Position
If you enjoy working in a team environment where you can apply your critical thinking, customer service and analytical skills then we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are a team that provides excellent customer service to the public to help resolve their tax related issues. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is responsible and enjoys mentoring and collaborating with others to join our team. In your role, you will perform two essential aspects of the job. The first workload is to maintain an inventory of delinquent accounts and collect the proper amount of tax. The second workload is providing excellent customer service assisting our public counter.
