About The Position
At EisnerAmper, we are looking for a Support Specialist to join our Minneapolis Private Client Services team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic environment where innovation and client service are paramount. The Support Specialist will provide executive support and client service support, ensuring that all aspects of client service are managed with professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires a strong service mindset, technology capabilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will work in the office at least three days a week, collaborating closely with team members to enhance the client experience. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing project and tax return deadlines, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency for the partners. You will also establish collaborative relationships with the entire client service team and other Support Specialists, both locally and globally. Your ability to follow up on project deadlines and deliverables will be crucial, as will your professional judgment and resilience in handling various tasks. Additionally, you will assist in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
