CLA is looking to hire a Senior Tax Associate to join our CLA Florida Tax team. You’ll have the opportunity in this role to work with privately held business clients as you determine how you would like to grow and specialize as you progress in your inspired career. This position can be based out of our Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Naples, or Fort Myers, FL offices.

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
You have at least 2 years of experience in public accounting or a family office setting, 3 years is preferred.

An active CPA, EA, or JD license or are eligible to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.

Responsibilities

Prepare, supervise, and review C corporation, S corporation, and partnership returns.
Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
