If constant hand-holding is a requirement, this role is not suitable. In this role, you will ensure clients' financial well-being and compliance, optimize their tax positions, and empower them to make proactive financial decisions. This position is not about simply checking boxes; it is about driving tangible impact. Position: Senior Tax Accountant Office Location: In Office- Heber City, Utah Salary: $100,000 and up depending on experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of tax preparation experience, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Desire to be in public accounting long-term.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and team-centric attitude.
- Hard working attitude.
- Communication skills; both within the team with team members and client facing.
- Ability to perform research and be a life-long learner.
Nice To Haves
- CPA designation preferred but not required.
- Enrolled Agent (EA) status is also considered a significant asset.
