About The Position

As a Tax Senior your will assist managers on client engagements and provide a wide array of services for our clients. You will develop and implement tax-efficient structures, and prepare complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S-Corporations, and individuals. Participate in manager-led or partner-led tax reduction planning calls with clients. Research and manage complex matters and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in accounting required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or EA license or working towards obtainment of licensure
2-6 years recent public tax experience: tax experience including tax planning, compliance, and preparation
Thorough knowledge of the tax impact to individuals and their business and investments
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must
Strong organizational, time management and follow through skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness
Ability to handle a high volume work load

Nice To Haves

Masters of Tax degree preferred
Big 4 firm experience preferred
Computer proficiency with software programs such as RIA Checkpoint, UltraxTax, Workpapers, Practice Management, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
