Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a CPA or EA designation and have a strong background in tax compliance and advisory services for Partnerships, S Corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on tax experience, with a focus on direct client service
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations related to pass-through entities and individual taxation

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for Partnerships, S Corporations, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Serve as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance on tax issues and best practices
  • Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to support tax planning strategies and resolve compliance matters
  • Advise business owners and high-net-worth individuals on tax planning, compliance, and strategic transactions
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities with existing clients and assisting in onboarding new clients
  • Support the firm’s strategic goals through leadership, collaboration, and mentoring of junior staff
