About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or related field.
• 3 -6 years' experience in tax roles(or relevant experience), with a strong preference for candidates with public accounting experience.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is beneficial.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 30% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to optimize client outcomes and enhance business growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of respect and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to drive firm -wide initiatives and projects.
