Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance; CPA or progress toward certification
• 5-7 years of tax experience (Big 4 or large CPA firm preferred)
• Strong Excel and tax software skills (OneSource, CorpTax)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Support corporate tax consulting, return preparation, and provision assistance
• Conduct tax research, transaction analysis, and structuring
• Assist with audit defense, international tax matters, and IPO readiness
• Engage in diverse projects across industries through short- to mid-term client engagements
