Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Enrolled Agent (EA), Attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) designation (highly preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in tax resolution, tax consulting, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of federal and state tax codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in tax resolution software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on navigating complex tax matters.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow Tax Resolution Associates and support staff to deliver comprehensive service.
• Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of the tax resolution process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
