Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include: • Preparing and/or reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns • Conducting tax research and advising clients on tax planning strategies • Leading or supporting client engagements and coordinating with internal teams • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development • Engaging in meaningful projects that make a difference We prioritize the success and well-being of our employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both personal and professional growth. Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or EA certification (or working toward certification)
- Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus
- A commitment to continuous learning and innovation
