About The Position
As a tax professional, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients both face-to-face and through various virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email. Your primary duties will include preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services. You will also provide clients with IRS support and, depending on your certification level, may offer tax notice services and audit representation. Mentoring and supporting teammates will also be a key part of your role.
