Responsibilities

  • Prepare individual tax returns accurately
  • Organize and prepare tax packets for clients
  • Manage the process of scanning, filing, invoicing, and emailing client documents
  • Act as a liaison between clients and other departments
  • Utilize Excel formulas to perform tax calculations and generate reports
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded accurately
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Monitor and update client accounts as necessary.
