Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate individual tax returns using user-friendly software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
• Identify and explain tax credits and deductions applicable to each client.
• Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenses.
• Work closely with customers to ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are completed.
• Assist insurance clients with payments and inquiries.
• Market and promote tax preparation services to grow client relationships.
