About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and file various types of tax returns for individuals and businesses. Review financial records and documents to ensure accurate tax reporting. Provide tax planning advice and identify potential deductions for clients. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Collaborate with customer service and administrative teams to resolve complex tax queries. Assist in developing and improving tax preparation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification or enrolled agent status preferred.
