About The Position
The position involves performing a full range of payroll tax functions including balancing accounts, completing payroll tax filings, and comprehending payroll tax compliance information. The role requires effective communication with Intuit employees, clients, and tax agencies to provide world-class service to Intuit's client base. The candidate must apply established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations efficiently and accurately. The position is remote, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work 40+ hours during peak times and a minimum of 20 hours during low volume periods. The candidate must be able to work 5 days a week with a minimum of 4 hours per day, even during low volume periods.
