About The Position

Position: Tax Operations / Regulatory Analyst Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days onsite required) Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) - 5/31/2027 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST) Pay Range: $35-$38/HR, Paid Weekly Key Responsibilities: Collaborate globally with teams across Global Markets Operations Tax & Control, Global Markets Change, Technology, Global Tax Policy, and Global Tax Compliance. Lead tax initiatives and support regulatory implementations in partnership with GBAM Tax Change and Technology teams. Manage and respond to project-related inquiries and escalations.

Requirements

U.S. tax background.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
