About The Position

Vaco is looking for a Tax Manager for an industry leading specialty manufacturing company in King of Prussia. This hybrid role will have a strong focus on federal and state income tax returns along with transfer pricing related research, tax provision projects within OneSource, and multi-country tax compliance work. Along with those core duties this role will also be involved with work related to governmental compliance and tax planning initiatives and projects. Other duties will include working with and overseeing a team to handle State and Federal tax controversies and tax audits, managing a team for the preparation and review process for domestic tax provisions within OneSource, and overseeing tax calculations. This company is in its 23rd year of existence and this role is newly created because of growth and expansion. This client invests in their tax department and believes in keeping almost 100% of their tax work in house with over thirteen people within direct tax and indirect tax combined.

Requirements

• Experience in federal and state income tax returns
• Knowledge of transfer pricing
• Experience with tax provision projects in OneSource
• Familiarity with multi-country tax compliance
• Ability to manage tax controversies and audits
• Experience in tax planning initiatives
