About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager
to join our Cincinnati office during the peak tax season. In this role, you will oversee and manage client relationships, prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns, and provide guidance to Senior and Staff Accountants. This is a temporary position for the busy season, ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to leverage their expertise during peak tax periods.

Requirements

• Active CPA license required.
• 7+ years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting environment.
• Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and motivate staff under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements during busy season, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax returns.
• Review and prepare detailed business and individual tax filings.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Senior and Staff Accountants to maintain quality standards.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients.
• Maintain strong working relationships with key client executives.
• Collaborate with team members to foster knowledge sharing and efficient workflow.
