About The Position

Blue & Co., LLC is a dynamic and innovative accounting firm that provides growth-committed entrepreneurial clients with accounting and consulting services. We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our Cincinnati office. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relations, preparing and reviewing detailed business and individual tax returns, and supervising, training, and evaluating Senior and Staff Accountants. The ideal candidate will be highly promotable with a strong desire to move into a leadership role with the firm. Position Details: Lead healthy, sustainable growth for Blue and our clients by understanding client needs, our service lines, and actively advising, assessing, and presenting ways that the firm can serve clients. Be responsible for the growth and development of all levels of professionals. Demonstrate a proven track record in professional services business development. Foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and knowledge sharing with team members to enhance service delivery. Maintain an educational program to continually develop skills. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client executives. /communicate strategic objectives and organizational policies of Blue & Co.

Requirements

  • Active CPA license required.
  • 7+ years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting environment.
  • Proven financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent client service and demonstrated business development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large engagements, as well as supervise/motivate staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
