We are a small, growing CPA firm that focuses solely on tax and advisory, no audits! We have a great 12-person team and we are known for our client retention rate. We invest in people, relationships, and long-term success-for both our clients and team. Requirements

• Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships
• Solid technical tax knowledge (1040s, 1120s, 1065s, 1041s, etc.)
• Active CPA license (Florida or eligible to transfer) or in process.
• 5 to 7+ years of public accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements for closely held businesses, real estate pros, and high-net-worth clients
• Serve as the strategic voice they trust-not just a number cruncher
• Mentor and develop rising talent-we have great people who want to grow
• Help shape firm processes and strategy-we want your ideas- Act as a firm leader and grow into an equity stakeholder
