About The Position
Tax Manager - South Atlanta Who: A successful, privately held CPA firm is seeking an experienced and strategic Tax Manager. What: Oversee tax engagements and lead a team of professionals. When: Immediate opening due to firm growth and internal promotions. Where: Candidate must be based within 25 miles of Griffin, Peachtree City, or Newnan, Georgia. Why: The firm continues to expand and needs leadership to support increasing client demand. Office Environment: Collaborative, family-led firm offering generous PTO, benefits, and long-term stability. Salary: Up to $150K+ depending on experience, plus full benefits package. Position Overview: The Tax Manager will lead complex tax projects, mentor staff, and serve as a key contact for client relationships.
Requirements
- CPA license required
- 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- Strong leadership, technical, and client management skills
- Must live within commuting distance of the firm’s offices
