Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant required.
  • Minimum 5 – 10 years related experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude building client relationships and leadership ability
  • Working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Managing tax services with numerous engagements running simultaneously
  • Client billing
  • Develop, coach and supervise team members
  • Participate in firm growth and management

  • Other duties as required
