We’re looking for a skilled Tax Manager to help navigate the waters of U.S. and international tax compliance in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation or CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax compliance
  • Experience with ASC 740 income tax provisions
  • Experience managing tax audits and working with taxing authorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Planful experience a bonus
  • A motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident communicating with internal teams and external partners
  • A self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Energized by working in a global, cross-border business setting

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to indirect taxes and transfer pricing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Planful experience a bonus
  • Master’s in Taxation or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing tax compliance across federal, state, and international jurisdictions
  • Overseeing income, sales & use, excise, and property tax filings
  • Preparing and supporting the annual income tax provision under ASC 740
  • Partnering on transfer pricing compliance, intercompany documentation, and related analyses
  • Supporting foreign subsidiaries with local tax compliance and working closely with external advisors
  • Managing tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities around the globe
  • Collaborating with accounting, finance, legal, and operations teams on tax-related matters
  • Keeping an eye on changes in tax laws and proactively advising on risks and opportunities
  • Driving process improvements, documentation, and strong internal controls
