Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 5–8 years of progressive corporate tax experience.
  • Experience working in multi-entity and multi-state environments.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Experience coordinating with external tax advisors.
  • Strong technical review and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP and tax software experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all U.S. tax compliance and reporting activities.
  • Prepare and review tax workpapers and documentation supporting federal and state filings.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and consultants.
  • Review draft returns and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as primary contact for tax authorities and manage audits and notices.
  • Oversee indirect tax compliance (sales & use, payroll coordination, property tax, 1099 reporting).
  • Monitor nexus exposure and manage state registrations.
  • Support monthly and annual close with tax accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate U.S. income tax provision and oversee current/deferred tax calculations.
  • Support IFRS disclosures and uncertain tax positions.
  • Advise stakeholders on intercompany transactions, expansions, and operational changes.
  • Ensure compliance with Group transfer pricing policies.
  • Support cross-border tax matters, including withholding tax and repatriation.
  • Develop internal tax controls and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
