Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Tax, Accounting or Finance; C.P.A., J.D. or E.A. preferred
7+ years of corporate tax experience; 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
Experience in income tax compliance and accounting (US GAAP, ASC 740)
Strong aptitude for problem-solving and managing multiple work streams and deadlines

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Taxation preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare the consolidated quarterly and annual federal, state and international tax provision calculations and tax disclosures, including discussions with third-party consultants and tax auditors
Assist in the data collection, preparation, review and filing of all federal, international, state and local income tax returns, including the calculation/processing of quarterly estimated tax payments
Prepare state allocation and apportionment calculations
Manage monthly tax account reconciliations, tax accruals and journal entry postings
Maintain tax records related to intangibles, PPE and leases
Support various calculations surrounding method changes, interest deductibility, GILTI and foreign tax credits
Monitor legislative changes in tax laws and rates that may impact the Company’s tax positions
Handle and resolve state tax disputes and notices
