About The Position
This position is responsible for managing the Company's global tax compliance activities and assisting senior financial management in designing and/or assessing tax planning strategies. Tax compliance includes income, franchise, sales and use, VAT/GST, property, business privilege and similar taxes applicable in the United States and other countries in which the Company operates. This position manages the preparation and timely filing of required tax returns, jurisdictional registrations and payments of taxes, fees, and related charges. This position will also manage the quarterly/annual global income tax provision and tax expense management. Activities relating to income taxes and certain other more complex tax matters are managed in conjunction with external professional service firms and service providers. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of tax regulations, superior analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
