About The Position

Tax Management Provides consulting and information-sharing tax services for the organization and ensures that all appropriate tax regulations are followed. Key Responsibilities and Duties Monitoring appropriate federal, state and local tax regulations and obligations. Preparing appropriate tax forms and instruments for filing with federal, state and local jurisdictions. Working with business units to keep them informed about tax implications of their operation. Helping junior staff learn the appropriate regulations, filing procedures and internal communication needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years tax experience in a corporate and/or public accounting setting
• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of experience in direct and indirect state tax
• CPA certification or similar advanced professional designation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines
• Collaborative team player with demonstrated success working across functions and building strong working relationships
